Imported with Blender Source Tools and io_import_vmf in Blender 2.93. Just scaled the out of bounds and matched to the local world meshes and attached everything to a null. Added an HDRI setup and fog cube to match the aesthetic of the in-game appearance closely. Textures will need adjusting if needed.
